Win a set of Apple AirPods

  1. The ‘Win a set of Apple AirPods’ promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Exact Radiology Clinics (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from 9th September 2021 to 10th September 2021 on Exact Radiology Clinics Newstead Social Platform which includes the following websites:  www.facebook.com/exactradiologynewstead and will be promoted on this social media channel in person. The Promoter is Exact Radiology Clinics. 

Details of the Promotion:

  1. To enter the Promotion, you must scan the QR code from the human billboard or flyer.
  2. You must complete your entry by providing your First Name, Email address and Phone number.
  3. The Promotion will open at 12:00pm on 9th September 2021 and closes at 23:59 on 12th September 2021. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion
  4. We are not responsible for any issues or problems experienced when entering your details through the third-party platform – Type form, which may delay the delivery of your entry to us.
  5. We are not responsible for any issues or problems experienced when uploading your photos through the third-party platform – Facebook, which may delay the delivery of your entry to us.
  6. Once the Promotion has closed (or within seven (7) days of the closing time of the Promotion), two entries will be selected at random from all the entries during the competition period. The selected entry must be eligible. If you are the entrant who submitted that entry, one of our representatives will call you on the telephone number which you gave us when you entered. If the entry is ineligible, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select another entrant.
  7. Entrants must provide correct contact details to be eligible for the draw. Multiple entries will be accepted. Exact Radiology Clinics decision is final.
  8. We may publish and publicise your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, or town), and we may refer to your association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.  
  9. By entering the Promotion, you are requesting that we process your entry into the Promotion immediately. We complete the entry process immediately following receipt of your entry and therefore you acknowledge that once you enter the Promotion you will lose any right you may have to cancel your entry.  

Eligibility:

  1. The Promotion is open to anyone of any age.
  2. Multiple entries are permitted up to a maximum of 2 per day; any additional entries above this limit will be excluded from The Promotion. If we believe that entrants may be entering using different alias and multiple phone numbers, they may be disqualified from The Promotion. The Promotion is for entertainment purposes only and we strongly advise against excessive use.

Prize:

  1. Two winning entrants will receive a pair of standard Apple AirPods with a wireless charging case.
  2. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available except at our sole discretion.
  3. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Data Protection:

  1. Your personal data will be collected and processed by us, Exact Radiology Clinics, and if applicable, our service providers, Cooper & Westwood Advertising in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.   
  2. We may hold your personal data for a period of 2 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations. 
  3. By entering the competition, entrants are automatically consenting to receive marketing communications from Exact Radiology Clinics. You can opt-out at any time.
  4. By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before entering a Promotion. 
  5. You may request the removal of your personal details from our database by contacting hr@exactradiology.com.au. If you request that your personal details, be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.2
